Job summary

Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a part-time, on-call kitchen team member to prepare hot and cold dishes according to Chef specifications.

You will manage prep stations, operate the dish machine, and assist with banquets and events to ensure flawless service. The role requires experience in high-volume or fine dining kitchens, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef.
• Organize prep station and cold line to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
• Operate dish machine as needed.
• Assist with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other events.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage per regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with service staff and management.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Be a versatile team member who can complete various duties.

Part-time, on-call position. The starting wage for this role is $19.00/hour.

What will you do in this job?

• Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
• Organize prep station and cold line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
• Operate dish machine as needed
• Assist as needed with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
• Maintain effective communication with service staff, front of house management, and culinary management team
• Assist other team members where necessary
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
