Job summary

Pursuit is hiring a Cook 2 in Montana. This is a full-time, seasonal role ending October 2026 with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. Staff accommodation is available.

You will prepare and cook menu items, stock prep and line stations, and support banquet and event production to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Join a team that emphasizes teamwork, food safety and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hot line experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong cooking techniques, food preparation and knife skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and proper handling practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork during service.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including the dish machine when required.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Support daily kitchen operations and perform other duties as assigned
