Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident care and support to CNAs. This PRN role is based in Keizer, OR with a starting hourly wage of $44.73 to $60.34 based on licensed experience.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• LPN License: Must hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.(Required)

New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency

Additional Program Benefits Include

• For a limited time, Nurse Residents are eligible to apply for a Long-Term Care New Nurse Incentive payment following completion of the residency and three additional months of employment. • The residency program bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world practice, helping new nurses transition smoothly into long term care. Experienced nurses new to long term care are also eligible.
