Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous support to customers.
• Pulls, sorts and processes circulation materials and supplies; data entry into the system.
• Issues library cards and answers reference questions.
• Guides patrons in using technology and databases.
• Assists in opening/closing procedures and promotes inclusion.
• Resolves patron complaints and maintains library policies.
