Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and organizes samples for testing and handling of specimens.
• Labels, processes, transports, and stores specimens.
• Identifies sample problems and assists in resolution.
• Prepares testing equipment and notifies staff of issues.
• Assists licensed personnel in pre-analytic and post-analytic activities.
• Prepares reagents and maintains documentation and records.
• Maintains inventory and restocks lab supplies.
• Performs data entry and reports workload data as needed.
• Supports quality control procedures and prepares protocols.
