Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for an On-Call Steward at OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, located in Oklahoma City. The role supports kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing areas, and assisting with banquet setups in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Stewarding.
• Must be conversational in English.
• Ability to stand for 7-8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and clean china, glassware, silverware, pots and pans in the kitchen and food and beverage areas.
• Clean kitchen areas, sweep and mop floors, remove trash and wipe surfaces.
• Maintain storage of dish dollies, glass racks and flatware; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report unsafe conditions and assist in dish set up for banquets.
• Assist in setting up lunch buffet and events; inventory and polish serviceware as needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and cross-train as directed.
