Compass Group USA is seeking an on-call Steward for the Food Glorious Food operation in Dallas, TX. The role requires two years of steward experience and involves sanitation, dishwashing, and maintaining clean kitchen areas. Schedule is on-call with hours varying across days of the week.

Qualifications

• Two years of steward experience required.
• Ability to perform sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Operates dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Washes tables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas with safe lifting.
• Assists with banquet table setup and front-of-house needs.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
