Compass Group USA is hiring a Seasonal Steward at Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas. No previous experience is required, and evening/weekend availability is needed. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with hours varying by schedule.

In this role, you will maintain kitchen work areas and equipment, follow sanitation standards, and assist with banquet setup and supply deliveries. The position offers opportunities to develop food-service skills with Culinaire's hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Summary: Perform job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Essential duties and responsibilities include sanitation, equipment operation, and assisting with setup.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers and sanitizers.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; observe lifting standards.
• Assists with banquet table and front of house setup as requested.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
