Job summary

Walmart is seeking a facility maintenance professional in Norcross, GA to assist in daily operations and uphold safety standards. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs across various systems, and coordination of contractors and work orders.

On-call rotations occur about every 4–6 weeks to support critical needs outside normal hours. Responsibilities include vehicle operation, adherence to OSHA/EPA regulations, and maintaining equipment and tools in good condition.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• 2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the operation of a facility.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, function, and aesthetics of facilities and equipment.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures; documents wear and tear.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; tracks parts and purchases.
