Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Journeyman Plumber, Facility Services, to maintain plumbing systems and support facility operations at our Chattanooga location. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, manage work orders, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Minimum qualifications include 2 years in plumbing, a valid Journeyman license, and OSHA/EPA awareness. On-call rotations and emergency response are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing.
• License in related trade in city/state of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and related facility equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document facility conditions; identify repair or replacement needs and recommend solutions.
• Use hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and reassemble plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination; ensure safety and quality standards.
