Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Journeyman Plumber, Facility Services, to maintain and improve plumbing systems across Walmart facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment to keep locations safe and functional.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with management and contractors, and manage work orders while following OSHA/EPA standards. A valid journeyman license and state credentials are required, with on-site work in Lebanon, TN and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• 2 years' experience in the plumbing trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and related facility equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document facility conditions, identifying repair and replacement needs.
• Utilize blueprints, manuals, and tools to dismantle, repair, and reassemble plumbing components.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and parts procurement while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to support facility operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
