Job summary

Geeks on Site is hiring an On-Call IT Field Technician to provide IT support and services for residential and small business customers across the U.S. The role requires experience in troubleshooting, networking support, and more, with a pay of $35 per hour for in-person jobs.

Technicians will have flexible scheduling based on availability and will also perform tasks like outdoor TV mounting. This position offers the independence of accepting jobs based on personal proximity and skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or field service.
• Strong networking and diagnostic skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues.
• Resolve WiFi, router, and wired network problems.
• Install and configure printers and scanners.
• Document work and communicate clearly with customers.
