Geeks on Site is seeking an On-Call IT Field Technician to provide on-site IT support for homes and businesses across the United States. This flexible, independent contractor role offers $35 per hour for IT services and additional pay for outdoor TV mounting.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, printer configuration, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or field service.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues.
• Install and configure printers and scanners.
• Document work and communicate clearly with customers.
• Perform outdoor TV mounting and basic AV setup.
