Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a passionate Injury Prevention Professional for our corporate client site in Anna, Ohio. This is an on-call/substitute role providing coverage to support workplace injury prevention programs when regular staff are unavailable.

You will develop exercise programs, conduct education and training, collect data to ROI, and assist healthcare teams. Minimum requirements include a related bachelor's degree and CPR/First Aid certifications; wage ranges from $20 to $24 per hour,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or related field.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in corporate health programs preferred.
• Clinical environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employee injury prevention programs and training.
• Develops exercise programs for injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collects and documents program data to support ROI.
• Develops and promotes wellness and general education programs.
• Supports employee healthcare teams with assessments and care management.
