Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a passionate Injury Prevention Professional to join our team at the Marysville, Ohio corporate client site. This on-call/substitute role supports injury prevention programs, employee education, and wellness initiatives on an as-needed basis.

You will help create and implement programs focused on the prevention of work injuries, physical conditioning, and employee wellness, collaborating with healthcare teams and program data collection for ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or related field.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Personal Training certification a plus (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NETA, NSCA).

Responsibilities

• Conducts injury prevention programs, education, and training.
• Develops exercise programs for injury prevention and conditioning.
• Collects and documents program data to support ROI.
• Develop, promote, and market wellness and education programs.
• Supports employee healthcare teams with job function assessment and care management.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.
