XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is NOW HIRING! On-Call Injection Mold / General Laborer to support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in New York. Pay rate is $16.25 per hour on an on-call night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with warehouse or manufacturing experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts safely.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality expected.

Responsibilities

• Build hybrid boxes for perform storage
• Stage boxes in front of Husky machines
• Move completed boxes for pickup and transport
• Safely operate a pallet jack
• Assist with production flow and organization
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, stack, and transport materials throughout the shift
