Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
- HVAC certification from an accredited technical school preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across the hotel.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs as needed.
- Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies and support operations.
