St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse On-Call to support our 24/7 care model in Moline, IL. You will cover evenings, nights, and weekends, performing admissions after hours and delivering expert symptom management with patient education.

The role requires an active RN license in-state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. A 7 on/7 off overnight schedule supports work-life balance while you make a meaningful impact.

• 1+ years of recent acute care experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred

• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, offering education and support to patients and caregivers

• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Benefits & Schedule:

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Monday-Thursday 5:00pm–8:00am and Friday 5 pm-Monday 8 AM

The starting salary range for this role is $83,000-$88,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
