Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• Self starter, excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, dependable, autonomous worker, current clinical skills, flexible, professional and tactful.
• CPR certification required.
• Holds valid driver''s license and current drivers insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for hospice patients and families in home and facility settings.
