Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team serving Independence, MO and surrounding areas. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families throughout the care journey.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience (hospice/home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and driver's license.
• Two years' RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.
• Demonstrate nursing practice skills and ability to cope with family emotional stress.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their home.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Coordinate and communicate care plans to ensure quality hospice services.
