Job summary

Heartland Hospice seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care to patients in homes and facilities across Kansas. The RN triages after-hours calls, conducts urgent visits, assesses symptoms, and develops care plans focused on comfort and dignity.

You will manage pain and symptoms, administer medications, educate patients and families, document promptly, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while honoring patient goals and cultural values within regulatory

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Hospice care experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities
