Job summary

Caring Hospice Services is seeking an RN on-call in Massachusetts to provide direct patient care after hours with a focus on pain and symptom control for hospice patients. The role requires MA licensure, strong assessment, management and documentation skills, and the ability to work a 7 on/7 off schedule.

You will collaborate with physicians, coordinate care plans, prioritize needs, and support families during difficult times while ensuring timely documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA RN license.
• Excellent assessment, management and documentation skills.
• Ability to relate to and treat terminally ill patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care after hours with emphasis on pain and symptoms management.
• Communicate pertinent findings to the physician and implement the care plan.
