Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading team of hospice professionals delivering compassionate in-home care across the St. Louis area.

The role involves after-hours and on-call coverage, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, patients and families to provide skilled nursing in patients\' homes. A valid RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience are required; hospice/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and valid driver's license.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification; proficient with computer use (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family and referring agency.
• Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in hospice settings.
