Qualifikationen

• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in healthcare/home health.
• Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, and staff in alignment with policy and directives.
• Oversee growth related to home health services and ensure quality outcomes.
• Act as clinical expert for operational and financial management.
• Investigate and address client/consumer complaints appropriately.
• Recruit, hire, and identify training needs for clinical staff; conduct evaluations.
• Regularly evaluate programs for improvement and conduct client home visits as needed.
