Job summary

Good Shepherd Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking an On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) in Becker, MN to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. The role is part-time with on-call shifts at Sauk Rapids and Becker campuses, offering meaningful clinical support and resident-centered care.

The HHA will assist with mobility, medication administration under RN supervision, and documentation in EMAR, while enjoying generous benefits and the opportunity to pick up extra

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry OR certificate from a 75-hour CNA course required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningfull leisure activities.
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise.
• Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN.
• Accurately document medication administration in the EMAR.
• Report changes in resident condition to the RN promptly.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
