Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in St. Paul is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality personal care and delegated nursing services to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The PM shift runs 2:15–10:45pm, and the position is 0.8 FTE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
• Commitment to working every other weekend and scheduled holidays (Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual positions).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Support ambulation, transfers, and repositioning with safe body mechanics.
• Provide medication reminders or administration as delegated by an RN.
• Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly.
• Assist with meals and feeding support according to dietary plans.
