Qualifications

• Experience with institutional kitchen equipment and English literacy required.
• Fingerprinting/DOJ clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals according to menus and recipes.
• Review menus and work orders to determine quantity of meals.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
• Ensure sanitary conditions and safety standards are followed.
• Receive and monitor food deliveries and control waste.
