Formación

• One year of customer service experience in a service-related industry, preferably healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish Level I is required.
• Effective telephone communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must pass Customer Care Simulation assessment and keep current within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments or transfer as needed.
• Provide information to members and guide them to appropriate departments.
• Assess urgency and refer to RN when appropriate.
• Coordinate with physicians/providers and update member records.
