ABCO Maintenance is seeking a Part-Time On-Call Handyman to join our facility maintenance team in Queens, NY. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to perform on-call maintenance and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and diagnose problems.
• Performing electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Performing HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Performing carpentry work on buildings and equipment as required.
• Performing handyman services.
