Job summary

HealthFitness in Spencer, Indiana, is seeking a dynamic Group Class Instructor to join our corporate fitness center as an on-call, substitute role. You will deliver engaging group exercise classes—dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit—to members, staying active and inspiring others.

Minimum requirements include current certification from ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM/NCCA, CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire, and 2+ years of instruction experience; onboarding systems familiarity is also

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCA or other nationally accredited certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, effective group exercise classes (dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit).
• Provide safe instruction to members and showcase teaching style.
• Navigate onboarding/timecard systems as needed.
