Union College in Schenectady, NY is seeking an On-call General Athletics Temporary Assistant to support game day operations, facility management, and rental supervision. This role assists with setup, event support, and breakdown for varsity contests and special events.

You will help with parking, guest directions, and on-site coverage for external facility rentals, while providing customer service to visiting teams, officials, spectators, and campus guests.

• Monitor facilities during events and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to supervisory staff.
• Assist with equipment transportation and storage.
• Support special events hosted by the Athletics Department and external organizations.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.Supervisor: Director of Athletic Facilities & Event ManagementPosition Purpose: The On-call General Athletics Temporary Assistant provides support for athletic event operations, facility management, game day administration, parking operations, and rental supervision. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
