Job summary

Williams College Athletics Department is hiring temporary employees to assist in functions related to intercollegiate athletic contests. The on-call, hourly job requires participation in game day operations for home events across fall, winter, and spring seasons.

Staff may help with planning, setup, and execution of Ephs game-day operations and public address duties. Responsibilities include operating scoreboard/shot clocks, and filming events using college AV equipment, with a need to work

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of the sport and sport terminology.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with game day operations at home events.
• Plan, set up and execute Ephs game-day operations.
• Operate scoreboard/shot clocks and video equipment as needed.
