Christensen, Inc. seeks a Fuel and Propane Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery schedules, assign drivers to routes, and ensure safe, efficient execution of daily operations.

You will handle on-call emergencies, coordinate with drivers and managers, and maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting cost targets. The role requires 2–5 years of dispatch/logistics experience, strong communication skills, and solid computer/Excel proficiency; a business/logistics associate degree is

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or logistics is required.
• 2–5 years of dispatching, logistics, or similar experience.
• Proficient in standard computer tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule bulk and wet hose fuel deliveries to customers and sub-distributors.
• Schedule propane deliveries to customers and sub-distributors.
• Assign drivers to trucks and routes to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Adjust schedules due to absences, changes, or maintenance and communicate with teams.
• Serve as primary driver contact and troubleshoot on-site issues following safety guidelines.
• Log and report emergency delivery details and review daily routes for efficiency.
• Communicate with Territory Managers and customers daily; be on call 24/7/365.
