Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring on-call Food Service Worker in Everett, WA. The role requires 1 year of prior food service experience and offers pay between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour, with an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Ensures proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
