Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks requiring skill in food preparation and serving, plus duties for operation and sanitation of the food service area.
• Operates equipment such as mixers, potato peelers, slicers, dishwashers, and toasters.
• Cleans tables and kitchen equipment; washes dishes and utensils; stores foods properly.
• Sweeps floors, cleans counters, and maintains cleanliness of storage and refrigeration areas.
• Works as part of a cafeteria staff team under the School Cafeteria Head Cook.
• Bilingualism is a highly desired skill but not required.
