Job summary

FINE Entertainment is seeking on-call Team Members for its Extra Board in Las Vegas. This part-time, on-call role involves taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining clean stations, and processing payments through the POS system.

Flexibility to work at different venue locations is required. Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling menu items, and ensuring timely, friendly service while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous Food Server or Cocktail Server experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide superior service.
• Serve food and beverage efficiently following service standards.
• Know menu items and upsell to guests.
• Set up service stations at start of shift and breakdown at end of shift.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining spaces.
• Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
