Job summary

CAE x SIMCOM is seeking an On-Call Instructor Pilot to deliver ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, or specialty courses to customers. The role emphasizes tailoring training to individual progress, with lesson planning, classroom and simulator setup, and up-to-date publications management.

The successful candidate should have 3,000 total flight hours, an unrestricted ATP and PIC rating, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have total flight hours minimum of 3,000.
• Hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Must participate in DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, or specialty courses.
• Assess and evaluate pilot performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain records and required paperwork accurately and timely.
