Job summary

CAE Inc is seeking a Challenger 350 Instructor Pilot to deliver ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, or specialty courses at the SIMCOM training center in the United States. The role requires 3,000 total flight hours, an unrestricted ATP, and one PIC type rating.

Occasional travel may be required, with a strong focus on safety and instructional proficiency. Qualified applicants will lead sessions, maintain records, and ensure alignment with CAE x SIMCOM training standards

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Teaching or training experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground school and simulator training to pilots.
• Evaluate pilot performance accurately and impartially.
• Maintain training records and ensure documentation is timely.
• Lead sessions and briefings and adapt to customer needs.
