Signal Tampa is seeking dependable FlexSecurity Officers to support multiple client locations on an as-needed, part-time basis. Shifts are nights, weekends, and holidays with up to 40 hours per week depending on assignments and site needs.

Position Overview:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide security coverage across various client sites

Requirements:

• Active Florida Class D Security License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must own a smartphone for clocking in, reporting, and communication.
• Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours)
• Ability to conduct foot patrols, including stair climbing
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including in heat and humidity
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds as needed

• Pay varies by assignment and is confirmed prior to each shift
• Officers may accept or decline shifts based on availability
