Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks a friendly Fitness Floor Attendant for our corporate client site in Chicago, IL. You will supervise the exercise floor, assist members with their fitness needs and deliver excellent service in a welcoming environment.

This on-call role offers flexible hours and involves safety monitoring, front desk interaction, and basic facility upkeep. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 30 days; prior fitness experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Prior fitness and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide exercise floor supervision and monitor safety.
• Assist members with fitness needs and front desk duties.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment stock.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and respond to emergencies.
