Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is hiring a Flexible, On-Call Fitness Floor Attendant at our Warsaw, IN site. The role involves supervising the exercise floor, assisting members, and maintaining equipment and spaces while building experience in health and wellness.

Requirements include being 18+, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and prior fitness or customer service experience. The position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to earn extra income at $16–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/AED & First Aid certifications required.
• Prior fitness and customer service experience preferred.
• Computer applications knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with participants and monitor equipment and safety.
• Greet members at front desk, answer questions, input data into membership system.
• Perform facility maintenance and keep areas clean and stocked, including locker rooms.
• Demonstrate and instruct proper use of exercise equipment; follow emergency procedures.
