Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Delaware is seeking a Field Technician to mitigate water, fire and mold damage in residential, commercial and institutional settings. You will document site conditions, progress and results directly to the customer, insurer and mitigation manager, and be on-call during scheduled intervals and catastrophe events.

The role focuses on initial response using industry-standard processes (IICRC).

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with comfort using smartphones and job systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Valid driver’s license and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate water, fire and mold damage in properties.
• Document site conditions, progress and results for customers, insurers and the mitigation manager.
• Maintain and report field notes on RMS, MICA and XactAnalysis.
• Complete all phases of the mitigation project and address customer concerns.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles (clean/report repairs).
