Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an Intermediate level Field Technician responsible for operating compressor packages, gas processes, and rental equipment. You will troubleshoot repairs, coordinate with Supply Chain on parts, and maintain equipment to ensure high availability.

OTA schedules include on-call rotations and after-hours work. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in compression/production, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred OEM or Trade School training.
• 2+ years of related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Direct, coordinate and perform field technician activities per policies.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Analyze parts and inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and participate in on-call rotations.
• Maintain units in clean, presentable condition.
• Complete required reports as per procedures.
