Job summary

Vault Pressure Control is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installation, service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of surface wellhead systems. The role involves home-based workshop work plus customer site visits, 24-hour on-call duties, and occasional extended travel with other company divisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years field service technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Mechanical, electronic and hydraulic related experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Surface Wellhead installation experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Field service, assembly and repair of Vault Pressure Control equipment and customer property.
• Coordinate activities with installing equipment and resolve customer technical problems.
• Provide field service on a 24-hour on-call basis.
• Work from a home-based workshop and visit customer sites, including travel and extended stays.
• Install new products and perform repairs while minimizing downtime and costs.
• Communicate effectively with Company Representatives on procedures and parts needs.
• Prepare field service orders and reports after each job.
