Job summary

Vault Pressure Control, LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to perform field installation, service, maintenance, and repair of surface wellhead systems. The role involves 24-hour on-call field service, travel to customer locations, and working from a home-based workshop with occasional shop duties.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of field service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 2 years field service tech experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Demonstrated good working knowledge of mechanical processes.
Technical, vocational, or military training or related experience is a plus.
Surface Wellhead installation and repair experience a plus but not required.
At least one year mechanical, electronic and hydraulic related experience.
Current valid driver’s license.
Demonstrated good customer service skills – communication skills, positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Field Service: assembly, and repair of Vault equipment and customer property.
Coordinate activities with installing equipment and investigate customer reports of technical problems.
Provide field service on a 24-hour on-call basis for existing and new customers.
Travel to customer locations and work extended stays at other company locations.
Install new products and conduct repairs with no rig downtime and controlled costs.
Maintain safety, quality processes, and proper documentation after each job.
