Job summary

Vault Pressure Control, LLC is seeking a field service technician to perform installation, service and repair of surface wellhead systems from a home-based workshop with travel to customer sites. The role requires on-call availability, lifting up to 40 lbs, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years field service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years field service technician experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Good working knowledge of mechanical processes.
Technical/vocational/military training is a plus.
Surface Wellhead installation/repair experience is a plus.
Lift up to 40 pounds.
At least 1 year mechanical, electronic and hydraulic experience.
Current valid driver's license.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Field service, assembly and repair of wellhead equipment and customer property.
Coordinate activities with installing equipment and resolve technical issues per job spec.
Provide 24-hour on-call field service for existing and new customers.
Travel to customer sites and other company locations as needed.
Install new products and perform repairs on Vault Pressure Control equipment.
Maintain safety, quality and EHS compliance.
Prepare and submit Field Service Orders and related reports.
Communicate procedures, spare parts needs and field questions to customers.
