Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and 3–5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including 24/7 on-call repairs and upgrades.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, assess scope, document findings, and decide repair or replacement.
• Conduct technical analyses of product implementations and enhancements per customer specs.
• Keep customers informed and recommend system enhancements, upgrades or repairs.
• Work under general supervision and follow guidelines for moderate repairs and installations.
• Ensure compliance with local/national regulations and Motion safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Communicate complex technical information to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist less experienced technicians and may lead small to moderate projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
