Job summary

Samsung Biologics is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Maryland to perform mechanical maintenance, respond to service calls, and complete in-house repairs across the facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility, utility, and selected production equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.

The role follows a 40-hour workweek with possible shift work and a 24/7 on-call rotation. Participation in on-call and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Maintain facility, utility, and production equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Respond to service calls and perform repairs and inspections.
• Document work orders and equipment history in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate with external contractors to complete projects safely.
• Respond to emergencies during on-call rotations.
• Maintain equipment history and inventory records in CMMS.
