Job summary

Qualifications

• On-Call Rotation including weekends required; 6:00am–6:00pm schedule.
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or trade training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on building systems and lab equipment.
• Inspects HVAC units for proper operation and makes adjustments.
• Resolves assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Performs basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Responds to emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and records of maintenance procedures.
