• Five or more years of facilities maintenance experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Address service requests and complete work orders from facilities supervisors.
• Provide responsive, customer-focused service to faculty, staff, and students.
